Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Giggles & Grace Children’s Boutique.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
Clearance, holiday, and personalized items are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please email hello@gigglesandgrace.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
