Processing Times
 

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
 

Shipping Rates & Delivery
 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. We currently ship within the United States (and internationally upon request).
 

Order Tracking
 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages
 

Giggles & Grace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
 

Local Pickup (if applicable)
 

Local pickup options are available for customers within the DFW metroplex. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
